All specifications given to the customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you've ordered, we'll contact you to inform you of this error and give you the option of continuing to purchase the goods at the correct price or cancelling your order. We won't process your order until we have your instructions. There is a risk when ordering goods if you plan to store and install at a later date. Some of our products have a "batch number" attached to their packaging. This number indicates what line of manufacturing the product was manufactured on. This can result in colours of goods appearing slightly different from one manufactured batch to another. Every order we dispatch will carry the same batch number for that particular order.

Matching exact goods when customers purchase a particular product in separate orders.

Providing identical product batch numbers should our line of stock be replenished.

WE ADVISE FITTING PRODUCTS THAT HAVE SAME BATCH NUMBER FOR ANY GIVEN PRODUCT.

Before placing an order with us, please ensure you have read, meet and agree to our terms and conditions of which you are satisfied with.

If we accept your order, we will provide a receipt that constitutes a contract between us and you to fulfil an order for the supply and or fitting of goods or services subject to these terms and conditions. You should retain your receipt of sale for your records.

We always endeavour to meet the requirements of your order, there may be circumstances following confirmation where we are unable to dispatch goods due to unavailability (of which we were not aware at the time of accepting an order). If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the money to any card used for payment or credit your customer account if applicable and your preferred refund. If the payment process has not begun at that time, the money for such products will not be taken out of your account or from your card.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we determine information provided to us by a customer during the ordering process is false or misleading. False or misleading information provided by a customer can be typically but not limited to personal, billing or shipping address information.

All prices advertised are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards as payment methods in our store.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price of goods from time to time to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices or an increase in any taxes or duties.

To nearest and safest kerbside. Our delivery personnel will not enter an address property except for a prior arrangement to otherwise is agreed to by us on request and within our guidelines set out in this section.

We reserve the right to periodically use third party delivery companies to deliver goods. They may not deliver inside an address property and will deliver only to nearest and safest kerbside.

We make every effort possible to deliver goods within any guide time we may provide to you. While we make every effort to deliver goods as per your order and delivery confirmation, circumstances out with our control may affect our ability to deliver as stated in a delivery confirmation. In the event of a delayed delivery we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the effect of a delay. We shall have no liability for delays.

Correct delivery/shipping address.

Guarantee that a person (whether yourself or nominated person) will be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery and be capable of accepting, inspecting and signing for goods whilst ensuring none of your items are missing or incorrect.

Suitable and safe passage to deliver your order items. This includes but not limited to reasonable gradient of entry and ground surfaces that are safe to walk over while carrying goods.

Prior notice of any impediment at or near delivery address that reasonably could or would result in delivery experiencing delay such as but not limited to an address being located in a flat, along a lane or unreasonable distance from nearest and safest position a delivery van can park.

Indemnity against any damage caused by our delivery personnel who are at your request entering inside an address to deliver goods.

Once customer has received goods we relinquish responsibility of any damage or loss to delivered goods. Customer statutory rights are not affected by this

If any item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery date.

If your order cannot be successfully completed due to you being unable to accept the goods on the date agreed, then a delivery charge may be applicable. This cost would be charged to you.

If your item is not in stock we will back order for you, or give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We must be advised of a change of delivery address or circumstances of delivery no later than 3pm the day of business before due delivery date. This excludes weekends. For example, if delivery date falls on a Monday, we must be be advised the previous Friday before 3pm. Any change will remain subject to our delivery map, guide times and cost.

If you fail to meet or provide all or part of the above, we can cancel your delivery. In the event of a cancelled delivery, you will bear the cost (at initial delivery cost) for any additional deliveries for said order. Failure to bear cost of additional delivery for said order will automatically cancel the delivery. We do not refund any delivery charge we have taken which is in line with our cancellations and returns policy which you can view here

You must notify us of any intention to cancel and or return your order items to us within the following time frame:

Showroom Store - 7 days after your order was placed.

Website - 14 days after your order was delivered. Day 1 begins the next day after order delivery is completed.

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with goods you purchased from us, you can return the goods to us in their original packaging within the above returns time frame. You will pay the cost of returning the goods. We will provide you with a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods in their original condition. Any special offer or special order items are non refundable. Please note the customer takes full responsibility when returning any goods until we receive goods.

Receiving incorrect goods:

If you receive goods that are not the goods that you ordered, please contact us immediately or within 7 days. We may ask you to return goods in their original condition within their original packaging.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. The customer shall bear the initial cost of returning goods to us. Once goods are returned to us in original state and packaging, we will reimburse you the cost of returning the goods to us. Please note the customer takes full responsibility when returning any goods until we receive goods.

If your goods have arrived damaged or faulty:

If any goods have been damaged in transit or are deemed faulty, we may ask that you send us photographic evidence of all damaged goods and their packaging. We will issue replacement of goods subject to availability. No claims can be processed without all of the photographic evidence requested. No claims can be processed for goods that have been signed for as received in good condition. All damages must be notified within 7 days. All goods must be checked for any obvious damages before signing.

Cancellation by us:

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event we have insufficient stock, do not deliver to your area or a price has been listed incorrectly. In this instance, we will notify you by letter or email. Within 7 days of your order, we will credit any monies taken by us to the card that was used to make the original order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we determine information provided to us by a customer during the ordering process is false or misleading. False or misleading information provided by a customer can be typically but not limited to personal, billing or shipping address information.

All goods supplied by us come with standard 12 month warranty (excluding accessories and perishable goods).

Where you are a business, to any business for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, any injury to business reputation or any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both us and you at the time of the contract.

Where you buy as a consumer, these terms and conditions and our returns policy will not affect your rights under law which cannot be otherwise excluded.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud of fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
